Privacy Policy

Introduction

The operators of this website (“we”, “our”, or “us”) publish an independent, data-driven directory of analytics tools. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit this site, how we use it, and the third-party services involved in delivering and measuring the experience.

Data We Collect Automatically

When you browse this website, our infrastructure and analytics providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address (typically anonymized), browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, and interaction events (clicks, scrolls, outbound link selections).

We do not require an account, do not ask for personally identifying information, and do not collect sensitive personal data through forms on this website.

Analytics, Tag Management, and Consent

This website runs the following third-party services to measure traffic and respect your privacy choices:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) — a container that loads and orchestrates measurement scripts on the page based on your consent.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — used to understand aggregated usage patterns (page views, sessions, traffic sources). GA4 is configured with IP anonymization and respects Google Consent Mode signals.
  • CookieYes — our consent management platform. It surfaces the cookie banner, stores your consent state, and tells GTM which categories of tags are allowed to fire. CookieYes and GA4 are deployed through GTM so consent is enforced before non-essential measurement runs.

Until you grant consent, non-essential tags (analytics, marketing) stay blocked via GTM. You can revisit and update your consent at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the banner.

Outbound Links and Affiliate Tracking

We do not currently use affiliate tracking links on this website. If we introduce affiliate partnerships in the future, outbound links to third-party analytics tools may be redirected through an affiliate network (for example, Impact, PartnerStack, or a vendor’s own program). Those networks may place their own tracking cookies, append unique identifiers to the destination URL, or use other mechanisms to attribute the referral to us.

We do not control how affiliate networks or destination websites handle that data. Their cookies and tracking are governed by their own privacy policies, which you should review on the destination site. Clicking an affiliate link never changes the price or terms you receive from the vendor.

Cookies and Local Storage

We and our service providers use cookies and similar browser storage technologies to remember your consent choices, measure traffic, and (where you have consented) attribute affiliate referrals. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, but doing so may affect how this site or third-party sites work.

Who Processes Your Data

For the purposes of applicable privacy laws, Jakub Pajtinka, an individual operator based in Slovakia, acts as the data controller for information collected directly through this site. Third-party providers listed in this policy (such as Google and CookieYes) process data under their own terms and, where required, as separate controllers or processors.

International Data Transfers

Our hosting and measurement partners may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms described in their privacy documentation).

Legal Basis and Your Rights

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with similar regulations, we rely on your consent (collected via CookieYes) as the legal basis for non-essential cookies and analytics. Essential, security-related processing relies on our legitimate interest in operating a safe website.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we do not maintain user accounts, many requests can be satisfied by withdrawing consent and clearing cookies through your browser or our cookie settings.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Where you consent to analytics or (if enabled in the future) affiliate cookies, that activity may qualify as “sharing” under CPRA; you can limit it through your consent choices and browser settings. To exercise privacy rights, contact us at tanalytics001@gmail.com .

Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Data Retention

Aggregated analytics data is retained according to the default retention window of the provider (for example, 14 months in GA4). Consent records held by CookieYes are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable consent regulations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our tooling, legal obligations, or business practices. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
